The C&U Group is always persisting in "people-centered, ruled by law, flurished by quality and continous innovation" to standardardize and improve the enterprise management after over 10 years development. The Group also established a set of management system with C&U characteristic to enlarge the enterprise benefit and fulfill the benefit objects including employees, enterprise and the state.

First, "people-centered" principle is foundation
First in employment, it sticks to the principle of Democratic selection, fair competition and putting person on the right position. Personnel is the leading spirits of all work, so when the company was started, the founder, Tong-sheng Zhang, raised a far-sighted management policy of "cultivating people before building company". For this reason, the group pays close attention to all aspects of the workforce construction from the aspect of recruiting, training, employing, retaining, motivating, assessment, etc. The employment system adopts the principles of  recruiting with higher requirments, training strictly, admitting the best examinees, so as to build up a team of qualified technical talents with comprehensive development in terms of ethics, intellect, physique and technology. It has built a workforce of "self-improvement, self-reliance, self-respect, self-discipline". In the job requirements, following the principle of democratic and fair competition, the Group expressly prescribes that the group does not recruit people that have up to three generations family relationships with company staffs, or people who are friends or acquaintances of any employees in the group. Every candidate will be subject to examination and assessment of oral testing, written testing, physical examination and operation ability testing so as to test the job-seeker abilities of observation, thinking, analytical skills and ability to adapt for the purpose of  admitting the best candidates. C&U Group accepts only about 10-20% of these candidates.

Second, "ruled by law" is the key
C&U Group chooses "ruling by law" instead of "ruling by man", which is helpful to overcome fluctuations in the development of enterprise that are caused by personal will, emotional, mental deviations, and analysis error. Therefore, a series of rational, scientific rules and regulations was established to manage the enterprise, regulate staff behavior and ensure normal production and operation of enterprises in order. "C&U" management philosophy is "standards come first, chairman second, all are equal before the standards ", all are equal before the standards, any irregularity will be punished, both the corporate chairman and ordinary employees are treated equally. No one can place themselves above the standards, which protects the seriousness and authority of the standards, and enhances the staff’s awareness of law. C&U Group’s "rule by law" policy has gone deep into people’s mind after the publicity and education, and it gains understanding and support from all employees. At present, there are 13 chapters and 146 items in company standards, which penetrates into administrative, personnel, production, technology, labor insurance benefits, and other aspects, the rule by law management has become a common practice in the Group.

Third, “flurished by quality” is the guarantee
The company set up "Standards Committee" and “Standards Promotion (Executive) Committee" that includes makeup system for all employees to act in accordance with standards. "Company Standard Committee" is composed of a total of 21 representatives of the shareholders, staff representatives, trade union representatives and party organizations, visually described as "People's Congress" by staff. When making corporate standards, based on the principle of democratic centralism, the company puts forward to the systems fitting reality by show of hands , which fully embodies the democratic views of the people, known as the "Internal Constitution." Group chairman, the maximum corporate leaders, is not member of the two "committees".

Fourth, " continous innovation " is the core
The majority of management methods and development ideas of various industry in C&U group are developed by trial and error. Through constant novelty, innovation, enterprise has achieved many successes. Because company has developed rapidly, and its overall management is faced with increasing issues, employees of all sectors and positions must be in full operation to offer advice and suggestions for enterprise development, and to participate in the innovation management of company. If you have useful ideas or proposals, from business decision-making to small like a tip, that you think are useful for enterprise development, you can participate in the discussion and election of the innovative rationalization proposals (results) sponsored by the Group. The Group now has a whole-new set of discussion and election of rationalization innovative proposals (results) scheme. The scheme provides that resolutions can be divided into written and implemented proposals; the bonus awards have no upper limits, and they are divided into three grades: large, medium and small, both material and spiritual; annually awarded; all proposals, from small suggestions to large projects, can attend this election. The lowest award is 15 yuan, which aims at encouraging all staff to participate. All proposals of employees in this Group can attend this election. The implementation of rationalization proposals has not only brought to enterprise considerable economic benefits, but also has enhanced staff sense of ownership. It is because of such employees who are devoted and loyal  and love "C&U" that the Group can steadily expand and be filled with vigor and vitality.
