With the Tech Center, there are subsidiary professional organs of Bearing Room1, Room 2, Auto Bearing Room, Parts Research Laboratory, Material Room, Technical Room, Physical and Chemical Room, Detection and Test Center, Technical Service Group, Middle Stage Test Workshop, etc. The center owns a lot of skillful professional talents from all areas with high education, specialized in the improvement of product technique and basic technique within a vigorous operation system and demanding research atmosphere. Now, the center has accomplished outstanding research results in bearing vibration, noise, lubrication and sealing, material and thermal treatment, etc, and built up excellent basic databases of bearing technique including product structure parameter database, bearing faults analysis database, bearing technique information database, etc.

The center owns favorable CAD/CAE software and product development process for synchronous development of all kinds of new bearing; favorable detection equipment for detection of bearing technical index. There are complete bearing performance test device, including universal test methods for bearing service life, seal, vibration, libration, low-speed, high-speed, outer ring rotation, high and low temperature, as well as more than 100 special test-beds for auto bearing and spinner bearing.

In recent years, the center has successfully developed techniques of limit design, super high speed, super long life, special heat treatment, etc and has made a series of important achievements to challenge the traditional bearing technical limit. Presently, the center has independently developed new bearing products as many as more than 400 different kinds annually, over 40 items among which have applied for national patent.

While striving for extensive application of new techniques, new materials, new processing, and new equipment and utilizing new equipments, the center independently develops, designs and manufactures all kinds of special bearing devices to lay a solid foundation of high product quality. Now, the center has established a national advanced and largest bearing detection institution integrated with detection, test, analysis, research and identification, and has been approved by the national lab. The center possesses the best bearing detecting instrument, test device and advanced test data process and analysis system, providing product development and research with reliable test analysis and technical data.
